Save the date, Saturday September 20, 2025, from 11AM – 4PM. It’s Sussex County History Day. This is our seventh annual event at the Academy Green in Newton. See the flyer for the lineup of guests. It’s free to attend and this year we will have 2 lectures during the event at the Hill Museum, across the street, each with a nominal $5.00 donation, all of which goes to the Sussex County Historical Society. The Long Hill String Band will be performing at 11:15AM and 2PM. Come out and learn about our County’s history and resources.
